1. Domain Registration and Renewal Policy
Non-Refundable Policy- All domain registrations and renewals are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
- You must verify the email address associated with your domain registration within 7 days. Failure to verify within this timeframe will result in the suspension of your domain.
- Pro Cloudify will not be held responsible for any interruptions, losses, or issues caused by suspension due to non-verification.
2. Web Hosting Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Policy- We offer a 14-day full refund policy for our Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Turbo Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
- Once a refund is processed, the associated hosting service will be terminated immediately.
- For hosting plans that include a free or discounted domain offer:
- If a refund is requested, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The domain fee deduction will be based on Pro Cloudify’s standard domain pricing.
- The domain will remain registered under your name, adhering to the domain’s non-refundable policy.
